Multi-Farm CSA

What is a CSA?

Traditionally, Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is an arrangement where community members commit to purchase a share of the season’s harvest by paying up front. This model ensures farmers receive predictable income, but it can place financial and logistical risk on customers.

Our Multi-Farm CSA adapts this concept to fit the diverse and small-scale nature of farming on Hawai‘i Island. Instead of requiring upfront seasonal payments, we allow members to pay as they go, with the freedom to cancel anytime (with at least 7 days advance notice). Designed to keep things simple for customers and sustainable for farmers, our CSA is a win-win for the Kohala food system!
