Established in 2017, Honokaʻa Chocolate began with scientist Mike Pollard’s dream to craft premium chocolate from cacao grown on his Hawaiʻi Island farm. Over 50 awards later, that dream has become a full-time operation attracting chocolate lovers from around the world.

Combining scientific precision with a passion for quality, Mike creates chocolate that celebrates cacao. Our dark chocolate is made with just two ingredients—premium, local cacao and organic cane sugar—crafted without fillers or emulsifiers so the flavor of our hand-selected cacao shines in every bite.
